Dweller, a NYC festival platforming Black electronic artists, hosts its fourth edition with events taking place in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens from February 22-26.

Founded in 2019 by Frankie Decaiza Hutchinson taking place solely in Bushwick’s Bossa Nova Civic Club featuring 22 artists. The festival has grown in 2023: taking place in 3 NYC boroughs, featuring over 50 artists and 6 venues: Bossa Nova Civic Club, Basement, Paragon, Nowadays, Public Records and Anthology Film Archives . Since 2022 the Dweller organizational and curatorial team has grown to include Ryan C. Clarke and Enyonam Amexo.Limited tickets will be sold at the door.
