To celebrate the release of Gi Gi’s inaugural vinyl record –Lamella Pressed– INDEX: gathers an appropriately stacked line up to mark the occasion.

Texan-bliss-spiller, Gi Gi, returns to Public Records after his stunning live set at the end of last summer. Trodding his own path of introspective, nu-age-infused ambient scapes and trip-hop-laced downtempo divagations, Gi Gi will close out the festivities on the evening, this time in full release-party DJ-flow.

He will be joined on the night by cult favorites, Hysterical Love Project [NZ], whose first outing in New York is a near-world-exclusive of their brand-new live set. Soon to release their second studio album via Los Angeles-based Motion Ward, this is not one to be missed.

Gluing together the whole thang, label heads Conna Haraway [UK] and King Softy [DE] complement the bill and also play for the first time in the B’Apple – fresh from performances in Hong Kong and Lisbon respectively.
