Tonight we arrive at the convergence of atmospheric techno and explosive jungle, where a cloud of hypnotic and dizzying tempos settles upon the Sound Room. Enter London producer/DJ Forest Drive West. The Livity Sound (the label of junglist Peverelist) affiliate plays favor to the murkier corners of the club as he traverses thick, dubbed out percussions and trippy, trance-like riddims throughout sets that feel as narrative as they do freeform. Opening the night is our very own Amelia Holt, who as of late has been leaning heavily into stretched out, gauze-like techno sets.
